I am assuming many of us have always wanted the coveted hat, but are too damn lazy.

Simply asking for the script to have the ability to hunt them.

Forget about the hat..
Killing 4000 of these is a req for a trimmed completionist cape.
Killing these take alot of steps.

Well either way I think it would be nice if one was made. Would make this place stand out since no other site has one.

Ogre bellows are filled up with nearby swamp gas filling it with 3 charges. Then the bellows are used on the local swamp toads making them bloated. 3 Bloated toads may be carried in your inv at once. Then the bloated toads are places in the luring area as bait, and you step back and wait for a chompy to take the bait and you procede to kill it with ogre bow and arrows.

Fastest method to do this is to have about 20 ogre bellows in your inv have them all filled, bloat 3 toads, release in a line in the luring area, and then get another 3 and do the same thing, all while killing any chompies that spawn.

Chompie kills can range from 90-140 kill/hr. Method can be simplied if needed to be scripted, since, it would be a bot and doesnt really matter if its a little slower.

Hmm.. Do the chompies drop anything? I'm assuming you want it to drop the loot afterward to stay for a long period of time.

^ this. Are you working on this? Or is anyone?

I don't think it will be as easy as you think Home I went to give it a try yesterday and didn't get very far, there is a lot of similar coloured stuff there and also a lot of different things are going on all at the same time. The dead chompys on the ground are also the same colour as the alive chompys you have to kill! But I would be very interested in this if somebody would give it a try.
