Simba not suggesting functions

Basically I'm trying to complete my first script, but when scripting in Simba for some reason it is not suggesting the functions when they are half written. I guess it doesn't matter too much but it sure would be helpful if it did.

Anyone know why it's doing this?

Try typing some of the function then pressing [Ctrl + space] that will give a drop-down list of suggestions from which you can choose

I think sometimes it does that if you're missing a bracket in some previous code, because Simba thinks you're still typing away a parameter. That's one cause I know about, but like said, it also just happens randomly (as far as I can tell) sometimes.

AFAIK, it's not supposed to automatically suggest functions for you.

However, while typing in your function, if you press ctrl + space then a functions list will appear with suggestions.

Sometimes the function list wont appear even if u type ctrl space, it happens rarely but there is no way to fix it except restarting ur OS. It cannot be due to a previous scripting error because even if i open a new clean simba it still wont work. I will try some fix or make a vid of it when i get the error again.

Thanks, but yeah the next day it just worked again when I switched the computer back on, atleast now I know how to fix it. :D

@Rich I'll look out for that in the future too, thanks.
