A question on writing a tutorial

What is required to be able to post a new thread in the tutorial section and is there somewhere that I have to have it approved or something?

I wanted to post a thread in the software section for computers.

Sorry if this is the wrong section, didn't know where else to post it.

Haha thanks :) I haven't quite finished typing it up in word, but it will probably be one of those useless computer tutorials that no one ever needs or uses, but I figured I need to give back somehow since I have been here for almost 4 months now! :garfield:
