ive googled it and nothing comes up for it except a thread saying check the help section i did i cant find the answer so can someone please help?

Do you have srl.simba included before sps.simba?

{$i SPS/SPS.simba}

hmm im not sure i know what you mean i tried running MSI and i got this Running MSI…
