Will this dropping method work?

Syntax

if FindObj(x, y,'use', 3359297, 5) then
Mouse(x, y, 2, 2, right);
ChooseOption('rop');

If this doesn't work can you guys give me a suggestion?
Thanks.

Why not simply test it? Fill your invent with the item in question, and run that dropping technique, if it drops, then its successful! However you would probably have add a counter, otherwise by the look of that, it would be dropping whenever that item enters the invent.

Parameter for Mouse is wrong, try Mouse(x,y,2,2,false);

Add some writeln's in there to know if it doesn't work, what path it takes. I always do that when I can't get something working or don't follow the logic.

Hi mate, i thought this might work:
begin;
DropAll;
end;

does nothing though just stalls?

Firstly, are you sure your script is running right. Secondly, are you sure DropAll still exists ( sorry been away form srl for 3 years, a lot has changed).

Learn to properly use begin/ends. The way you're doing it, it will ALWAYS run ChooseOption('rop');, even if the FindObj failed.

Also check Inventory.simba, FindObj is terrible, especially for objects that aren't on the mainscreen.

Consider WaitOption over ChooseOption. They're better failsafed in general.

This is after all my first attempt at scripting. Thanks for the um, feedback though.
