So hey guys, once I get my laptop back (ETA, unkown :(), i'll be grinding Slayer for my max cape.
Any tips/tricks/tasks to skip to maximise xp?
I have all Nex Sets, 200K cannonballs and a tidy sum of cash to buy whatever I need.
I also have access to all chaotics and Storm of Armadyl.

And what I personally do:
Prayer Piety/Turmoil on Every Task
Cancel Tasks that can't be semi afk'd
Cannon *Every* Task possible
Use Steel Titan in Any Multi Combat Tasks

It suggests which ones you skip and gives estimates of their experience per hour.

All the helpful information i can really give, is to not give up; don't get bored.
I try to use the same info and i fail every day :)

In reality just skip most tasks that don't allow a cannon.

Really good tasks which I personally find really fast + nice XP are

Mutated bloodveld's
Banshees in the summonas dung.
Black demons In chaos resource tunnels.
Greater demons in Rev cave
Abby demons
Dark beasts

ps - sorry for being a jerk to you in the past.

Personally I'm about mid 80's slayer and have 280k+ cannon balls bank, I think you will probably be needing more assuming you are around the same level.

Cannon/Titan/Ovl/Turmoil every task you can. SOA all dragons and ganodermic beasts. If you have a lot of slayer points skip anything that u can't cannon or titan. If you don't have a lot of points, do tasks that you can't cannon/titan, but which you think are bearable. Also try to not waste game ticks and always be attacking something.

What I do is:
-If the creature drops bones, bring bone crusher
-If it is multi cb, bring cannon, Full proselyte, prayer pots, rapier, and yak(if it drops nice items), Steel titan(for waterfiends)
-If creature poisons (I try to skip these), bring anitpoison totem else skip them
-Look up every monster and know it's weakness, then bring the wep that suits that
-Try not to range monsters(use cannon) except if you are a range pure or something, then bring cannon and range equipment
-Bunyip is a good familiar to bring to tasks where you know you will not be getting hit often
-Always have enhanced excalibur
-Always have slayer ring
-Be on lunar mage book
-Always use curse prayers cause they are better and don't use as much prayer points in comparison to their normal prayer book counterparts
-Only do fight cave if you can melee the entire thing or finish in 1hr 20 mins or less
-Choose areas where the creature you are fighting is either always aggressive or there is a lot of them
-Make unfs with herbs you get and sell them in ge or make potions with them
-Only pick up med or elite clues

Key point is use the monsters weakness against them and use gear high in the def the attack with.

I just got 99 about a month ago. Here's a few tips to make it easier:

First off, do not be afraid to spend money. If your cheap with slayer it will take 2 or 3x as long as opposed to going all out. Spend all the money you can to maximize your dps.

Sum pots for titan
Don't use prossy, use max str gear
SOA metal drags
Pay attention, you can increase your xp/h by 5-10k depending on the task. Which is a lot for slayer lol.

- greaters (wildi)
- black demons
- black dragons
- steels/irons/miths
- dbs

- ganos

Need some slayer tips too, is there an effigy hunter in simba? Cant seem to find one. Effigies would be very good to use slayer on..

I rarel;y range anyways :p
And I dont need to pick up herbs etc, im 99 and dont really care about cash.
And I also rarely do clues xD

tbh there really isn't any powerleveling involved, just doing tasks from your highest available master and making sure to spend points on exp. Cannon everything ever and always pray in max gear. Stay on task and focused and keep downtime to a minimum. There are tasks you can skip, but all in all it's more preference than anything (Just started my slay grind ;) )

Idk specifically per task. I used to keep track but meh. I think mutated bloodvields are the best at like 60-70k/h. Ganos arent really amazing xp but they make up for it with effigies. I think the average should be 40-50k/h.

Jad should not be skipped in my opinion ! Since I know Sin(Shay) has Torva + an Ely (Maybe a Divine, but I haven't heard him mention one) he should Melee the fight caves and he can get to, and kill Jad, in ~30 minutes with max gear, this leaves him at ~50k xp/hr.

A player may receive a task of TzHaar monsters from Kuradal, with the challenge to "Upgrade" your task. Doing so will result in a task of Volcanic Creatures. With this, you can opt to kill through the Fight Cave all the way to TzTok-Jad for a special reward of 25,250 Slayer experience (250 based on TzTok-Jad's LP and 25,000 bonus xp), in addition to any experience gained during the Caves.

When I trained slayer, I used to skype friends and we'd arrange trips to bandos or w/e, keeping focused on other matters helped me not to get bored :)

I got about 600k over the weekend on average. Is that good?
