I've heard talk of it but I haven't seen anything yet. Then again why would you want to bot on d3? That game is actually fun ;)

Haven't heard anything besides some tiny auto things here and there for like crafting.. other than that I wouldn't say inferno bosses are going to be botted anytime soon.. I'd recommend going from game to game and searching vendors for xx stat blue items, made probably a total of 1,000,000 from vendor items selling on the auction house

D3 is one of the worst games made in the past 10 years, it has almost no replay value.. not sure what blizzard was thinking taking out everything that kept D2 alive except the MFing

I was thinking of writing one for Simba.

Sequels never make original fanboys happy. I never finished d2; only about a quarter of it. It's a good change of pace for me and I like it.
Tldr, gamers will never be satisfied. Make your own then if you know what's best.

Its a paid bot however and does it have open-api so you can create your own scripts or profiles ?
