Yeah, I reported his IP+name to his local narcotics division. If he needs to steal money like that and is discussing growing marijuana on his YouTube channel, chances are he's going into harder drugs and needs help for it. Police probably won't even investigate it since they probably have more "important" things to worry about, but worth a shot.
