Hi there,

I am currently making my first script and in doing so I have to keep clicking Run/Stop to check everything is working accordingly, but for some reason, every time I click stop and then edit the code and what have you; I click run again and the current SMART client which is up is closed and a new one is opened. The reason I ask this is because when using another script, this does happen.

This is not a major problem but just very annoying when trying to make my script!

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you! :D

Creative use of punctuation/grammar.

Anyway, SMART is designed to persist as long as it is started with the same arguments it was initially started with. Otherwise, SMART will restart/reload the client. You have probably have SRL configured to pass random arguments, which is making SMART restart each time you press run. Check how other scripts avoid this and you'll find your solution.

Add this in your mainloop:
  Smart_Server := 16;
Smart_Members := False;
Smart_Signed := False;
Smart_SuperDetail := False;

Mainly you need to define a server (any server) like

Smart_Server := 16;

Before SetupSRL I believe?
Then it won't do that.
