Flipping is a really good way of making money and is becoming more and more popular every day, so make the most it now. When your start flipping for the first time, the profits you make per hour might be low, but the more practice you do the more you will make. You can always go to the runescape GE page and look for the most traded items those items are very easy to buy and sell

For cheap you have flasks and for expensive you have prayer potion (4). I thought flasks were more expensive than ppots now.

Also, you managed to forget all new items, barrows items, dragon pickaxes, DFH, spirit shields and sigils. You didn't mention dirty to clean to unfinished flipping.

Also, you might want to mention how to find a range for flipping. You know buy one instant, sell one instant, take the difference to find the flipping range.

Just a few things to add!

E: I personally would not suggest flipping most of the items you listed because the margins are so small, things like Dagonhai are amazing flips for those under 1m. Put in an offer for 120k, wait 24 hours and sell your two sets for 220k or so. Im sure you can make more in the time, but if you only log in once a day, low volume trading is definitely better than high volume trading.

nice guide i personally like lobbies, swordies and tuna (raw and cooked on all) as i am ftp.
usally makes me a good 5gp+ margin without any effort.
if i look round i can find much better flips but these are easy for when im skilling at same time and dont have the time to search for good items.

Mithril Bars are currently best f2p Flip. Ive made over 4m off of them

flipping was fun, but now there 999 guides (no offence)
and everybody is flipping, the time you get a decent item & you start flipping, sum1 else will just crash it cos they dont want to wait and then its GG profit..
