Porblem with running msi

Exception in Script: Plugin(libsmart32) has not been found
this is what i get every single time, not sure what im doing wrong but went through whole site and still couldnt find a solution….

got it to work now :P now lnly problem is that when the client loaded, it doesnt do anything so imma read some tutorials :)
