Yes a lot of people get them.
DO NOT open any of them, unless you want your items to be stolen. Its a shape what some are resorting to. If you look at the source of the msg, some say from China. Its not enough they pay people like 5 dollars a day to play the game to gold farm, this too.

Tons of people get them all of the time.
They are always fake and should never be opened/links clicked on/password entered on the sites the link to.
If you switch to a REAL email provider like GMail you will rarely see these due to better spam blocking.

General Info:
These are what are called "Phishers" The object is to direct you to a fake URL in hopes of you inputing your real RS information.
Once inputed this information is stored in a DataBase usualy a .ini file. From there these phishers can then dump the accounts or certain forums or try to scrape whatever they can from them if you have a pin or clean you if you don't.
