SRL Archive - FAQ

Problem is basically in the title :P

As soon as I run a script and RS begins to load, it always says "Fetching Game Updates 77%" (Sometimes 76) And then it never makes it to the login screen. I've been using Simba for a week or so now and I've never had any problems, it was borderline flawless, but after the game update today it won't even load. It usually just ends up saying "Fetching Game Updates 77% (followed by 1 through 9 in brackets).

I've looked around a bit, and I tried these solutions:

Reloading the game from the actual website
Emptying my Internet Cache
Emptying the Game Cache
Updating Java to 7,4
Reloading the game a couple more times :P
Waiting for Simba to load it for about 2 hours
Updated SRL, SPS, MSI, Extensions
Restarting Simba a couple more times, just in case :P
And now I can't think of anything but to come here.
I'm going to try it in compatibility mode just for the hell of it, but anyone else have any ideas?

maybe try a whole re install off simba and all plugins?

you probally already know this but make sure you've pushed the slider all the way to the top;)

When it freezes durring loading, just wiggle the slider up and down a little big (on the right hand side of SMART) and you'll be all good.
