I read on the runscape forums a while ago that they can take legal action (lawsuit) for those caught cheating is this true and using this bot will i be safe

It's not true.
They can use bot makers if they are breaking any laws (like Imposft did) but SRL breaks no laws.
Also NO they do not take legal action if you macro…. do you really think a court would persue a child automating a video game? No, it can not and will not happen, you are 100% safe botting….

If anything there is a low chance of you just getting banned that is all.
