I couldn't find it, but I don't have a facebook so maybe they have albums I can't see without being logged in or something, I dunno..

But either way, I doubt the legitimacy of this.. It just doesn't look like other concept art pictures. No artist, no Jagex/RuneScape watermark, no sketches, no revision number.. It's just wireframes, which isn't concept art. Concept art doesn't deal with the digital imaging aspect of the graphics.

No other concept art (that I've seen) shows the number of triangles, nor does it say what the item itself is - it shows what the project is, and, like I said before, is not a digital rendering of the item..

But maybe I'm wrong. I dunno.

Chaotic is still better probably.
