Big bones currently provides the best prayer experience for F2P players. For this reason, it has value on the Grand Exchange. Most players obtain Big Bones from killing Hill Giants. However, most players don't know about collecting Big Bones from a little-known wilderness location called the Boneyard.
This area has 4 Big Bone spawns and anyone can pick up bones from here. You have to be careful though, because it's in the wilderness, and there are skeletons roaming the area. It's best to have 500 lifepoints or higher for this money-making method.
Method
Bank everything and equip only a Ring of Kinship. Use the ring's option to teleport to Daemonheim.
You will end up at the Daemonheim, the place you go for dungeoneering.
Once you're at Daemonheim, follow the map below to get to the Boneyard.
Once you're at the boneyard, you'll notice that there are 4 Big Bone spawns.
Now you just start picking the bones up. If you want to be the most efficient, start at the north-west bone and go clockwise so that the fourth bone you pick up is the south east bone.
By the time you pick up all 4 Big Bones, they will begin appearing again. So keep continuing the cycle of picking up Big Bones until you have an inventory full of them.
Once you have 28 Big Bones, it's time to teleport. If you started off at the north-west big bone and went clockwise, you'll end up at the south-west big bone. This big bone is located at level 20 wilderness, the highest level wilderness you can be in order to teleport.
So once you know you are in level 20 wilderness or below, go to your equipment tab. Right-click on the Ring of Kinship and teleport to Daemonheim again.
If you run just a little bit north of your teleportation location, then you will find a banker. You can deposit all your bones here.
Once you have deposited the bones, just go a bit south. Then repeat the process!

A trip from Daemonheim to the boneyard takes 1 minute 45 seconds. Collecting 4 big bones takes 15 seconds, and you have to collect 28 big bones per trip. So it takes (7 x 15) 105 seconds, or 1 minute and 45 seconds to collect an inventory full of 28 big bones. That takes us up to 3 minutes and 30 seconds so far. Then it takes another 30 seconds to bank and reposition yourself.
So in total, we're talking about 4 minutes per trip. That means per hour you can do (60mins/4mins) 15 trips. Each trip gets your 28 Big Bones, so every hour you get 420 Big Bones.
