As soon as the new runescape combat system comes out, it will only be a matter of time before someone find a glitch or bug that will make them mass profit… off of others.

So this is a thread to predict what you think might happen, what preparations you'll be making, and what you generally think about it!

In my opinion, I definitely won't be staking for a good 3 months, and for the 1st month I probably won't even take very expensive items out of my bank. I foresee either a massive staking glitch, some sort of Durial321 attack anyone anywhere glitch, or a glitch to make safe minigames like castle wars or soulwars, unsafe. I very well may be paranoid, but even the people who have the most confidence in jagex have to admit the obvious trend of harmful glitches that seem to arise out of every little update. So with an update of this magnitude, what kind of catastrophe do you think they will unleash?

I cannot wait to see the mass catastrophe, plenty of renowned glithers/ glitching teams probably started fapping in the Joy of what they will be able to achieve in the wake of another Jagex Fail!

hahah yeah i'm sure there are plenty of sharks in the waiting. Mass texts going out "OOOOhhh they really fucked up this time boys, better take of work for a week, we're going to rob these chinese gold farmers."

Oh yeah, I am surprised there aren't vids going up from glitching teams on the "thoughts of what and how Jagex will fuck everything up".

I think alot of glitches will be found in the Beta, tbh I think thats the main reason for releasing it….

Try teleporting out with some minigame equipments. My guess is someone is going to teleport out of the runespan area with all runes. Dungeoneering will come along with some xp glitches. As almost everytime, always stay away from duel arena.

Smuggling runes has been done multiple times from runespan already…. The runes however are absolutely useless, un - tradeable, use able and bankable. Of course there will be a dungeoneering and staking glitch, I'm sure there will be citadel glitches too!

Well how about smuggling items out of dungeoneering dungeons. I'm going to try to take out some armor.

Runespan glitch already exists :P

Yeah as some other people brought up I hope there is a good dung glitch. I could use about 1m tokens nicely :)

looks like another jagex screw-up theres no way im going to any minigames, unless i go with no items to smuggle or go dunging… speaking of which if there is a dung glitch and noone is afraid of doind it i would not ming getting chaotics

I hope a huge glitch does happen and i am one of the fortunate few to find it out.

Someone explain to me exactly what this new "combat system" is. I was under the impression they were just changing the animations, what exactly is going on?

And I've received a "Combat Contract" ingame, does everyone get one or is it limited?

Its just a new improved system for fighting. No one know what it is yet.

I think if they do mess something up it will be in the killing of bosses, some magic trick shot that can 1 shot bosses = hundreds of kills a day. As fast as it re-spawns you'll be able to kill it, lol.
