MSI's creators' goal was to have a script for each and every skill, so far it does that for the F2P bit.
Are there any plans to expand MSI to include p2p skills such as thieving and construction etc..?

If people want to expand MSI to other skills, then they are free to do so ;)
Pretty much what Kyle said. MSI is a community script and atm, there is little contribution from the community. Simply maintaining MSI can feel like a full time job in it self sometimes.
I might do some new skill development at some random times, but I don't plan on expanding MSI too much more at this point. Besides, we don't want to discourage other community members from creating scripts because "MSI already has one".
