sometimes it happenes.

If you are running a script that takes breaks this isn't uncommon

If you take a break before 6 hours it lets you do double that. Since that script will probably log you out at some point for a min or two (if you get hurt too much or sps is tripping)

Isn't that a good thing?

Nah, I was confused why this happened at one point too.

If you break around 5 hours or so, you can get 11 hours out of a script before it gets the token error.

Either that or you can just modify the numbers.
