I want to smash every AT&T store off the existence of the earth right now.

My story, I bought an Iphone with the family yesterday. I turn on my iPhone this morning to play some pandora as I get ready for school to no avail the speakers don't work. I am like "wtf"…

Anyway, I go on my way to school come back home take it to the AT&T store I bought it from (I am about 5 minutes away from getting my new phone when they tell me there is no way to override the re-shelf fee and I have to pay $35)

I am again like "wtf.." they tell me to go to the apple store and they will give it to me for free. I end up going to the apple store they tell me the only way I can get it free is if I am willing to take a "new iPhone with possibly old circuits and wiring" then the guy just whispers to me (Just call AT&T and bitch them out and get them to give you the money so you can get a perfect new phone as that is what you paid for YESTERDAY) <3 you apple store.

I then call AT&T they tell me its all good and they will credit my account $35 just go back to the AT&T store and get it.

I go to the AT&T at the mall I am at (Not the one where I got the iPhone from) these dooshebags are corporate or something. The guy with the dooshbag haircut and the big highschool jock body but obviously wants to still feel big straight up tells me "The other AT&T store are untrained and don't know what they are talking about, we cannot give you a new iPhone and you have to get it from apple… they paid 35k to train me at this store, I know what I am talking about I am 95% right all the time"

I am just like -.-… stfu (in my head).

I end up going BACK to my AT&T store telling them the shit Mr.dooshbag told me about them, and they said yeah don't worry about it just pay the $35 and we will do it all sorry for all the hassle.

ALL THIS BECAUSE THE IPHONE I WAS SOLD, WAS MALFUNCTIONING A DAY LATER…

Honestly, so pissed right now.

AT&T sucks dude they sended out a tech to my house didnt tell me they were going to charge me for it he was there for no more then 15 mins "fixing my internet" 5 mins after he left started crashing again and then i get a 280$ bill from 35$…-.-

Damn, that sucks! I went to Best Buy and bought my iPhone 4. A few days later, the speakers started acting funny. Took it back to Best Buy, told them what was going on, and they gave me a brand new one and took my old one. Such a good experience :p

That's exactly what is happening to my phone, I managed to make it work by just pressing near the home button (and its magically working again, so I might just walk away with $35 they "refunded" me and just say its for my gas)

I really didn't like that the Iphone was exclusive to at&t because there coverage sucks and I have Verizon. Oh well I got over the Iphone and got a Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate and im really glad I went with Android instead of iOS. Sorry for all the trouble lol

My friend got a new one and got to keep his old one because he stepped on it with cleats on… he had an otterbox so it was supposed to be safe. So when he went to the store they were like "Dafuq are we going to do with this phone with a bilion cracks in it?" So they just let him keep it. He got a new screen from apple for like $100 and now has 2 iPhone 4s. It was crazy awesome.

That sucks R4ndom. I don't hear good things about AT&T…I'm with Telus currently and they are fine. I see Wind ads every once and awhile and they seem pretty cheap.

Wow my legs got tired of all those ups and downs, lol. Anyway my story I want to share is: It was Xmas and people were all nuts trying to get a last minute present. I was with my mom and she said: let's go to jc Penney. I was like no, too many girls who show off. So that day I wanted to buy myself an itouch and that was the place I was going to go after jcp. So I was checking this girl out and for some reason I find the touch I was going to buy. I got it and left, no problem at all.

Touches are fine they don't interfere with AT&T at all, I am happy with apple even if my first iPhone was defective.

Sprint is where to go! Passed up AT&T/Tmobile!

I've never had any issues with AT&T, I've had Cingular before AT&T bought them. I always have great service too.

I could get mine to work by pressing on the sides of the iPhone.

AT&T is the lowest in customer satisfaction, I also had Cingular before AT&T that was fine.

It's quite expensive and my iPhone is locked to at&t… it won't let me even unlock it.
