SRL Archive - FAQ

I have done hours upon hours of research trying to solve my problem, so please excuse me if there's an "Easy" fix to this problem because i'm not trying to be a nuisance…. Anyways, the problem is, after completing the MSI form and everything, i click run, and nothing happens… And by nothing i mean the SMART window doesn't open….. I get some words and stuff in the black window but no errors. Its like it wants to start but doesn't. I also tried downloading a script and running it that way - got the same problem though. I have tried countless things, and one random time the SMART window opened. I don't know why, but it did. Then every time after that i got nothing. If someone could help me out or at least try to, i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

My Java is 7 update 4 i think

Un-install Java 7.. All updates too.

You sir, are a genius!! I literally wasted like 10 hours trying to figure this out……….. Maybe this should be added to the FAQ so nobody else ends up like me. Thanks alot man!! I can finally use Simba:) Cheers

Umm i cant really remember but i don't think so. Why? I'd like to know the fix for it so ill know what to do in the future if i get that problem.
