I'm looking to really multiply my bank, I have some okay stats, but what would be my best bet for money?
Oh and my bank is 60-70m at the moment, with some great combat gear.

You could look into minning skill or fishing, they always make money from getting 99, and woodcutting too.

I would definitely rc. Solid gp, get 82 and I think astrals are still ~300k/hr. You'll make plenty of bank on the way to 99 and it's bottable. If your pro might try abyss rc as well.

I always get a little nervous when people say they have good combat gear. If you have a dfs, sell it. If you have Bandos, sell it. Those are perks that you get when money is no object (although dfs is always worthless).
Frankly, don't worry about money. You should focus on your skills because skills>money.
That being said, doing herb runs, dailies, kingdom management, etc. is a good source of steady income. If you want to do something more active, you have the stats to do frost dragons or Nex (if you can find a team). If you're any good at suiciding dg, you can sell dungeons for awesome money.
I don't do much in the way of moneymaking so I can't be more helpful.
