Hey everyone,

Till now I have used eBay for the majority of my online shopping but I am really fed up with people not delivering/me having to chargeback or items being not as described and all that junk.

I was looking into starting to use Amazon and was wondering if some people could let me know how their experiences on Amazon have been till now?

Good OR Bad - I want to here it all :)

About 2months ago now I purchased a product called OxyElite Pro off Amazon.
It's a thermogenic and appetite supressing weightloss pill.
They said delivery to Australia(where i live ;)) would take between 2-4wks.
Product arrived on the day of 2weeks, so I was very pleased with speed of delivery.
Product was in perfect condition and worked very well (for me anyhow..), was pleased with my purchase and recommended it to others.

Over-all, I would recommend Amazon, though I have only had one experience with them I have had about 6 good ones with eBay and 1 bad one. It really depends on what you are buying I suppose.

I've bought a few items from them, all but one was perfect, and for the one amazon personally reimburse me for.

So I purchased an item about a week ago - nothing was shipped, it was one of the private sellers..

If I filed a dispute or something will amazon reimburse me?
