Say i wanted to get more scripts in the dungeoneering script forum (there are currently none). If i hosted a 200-300m competition for 2 months and scripters were encouraged to work in teams (2-?) with the prize being 200m for 1st place and 100m to second place (team members would divide cash up by themselves), would there enough interest in this competition?

Ya, but is that considered buying scripts? :O

That would be considered script buying/selling.
Also there have already been countless threads/requests/talk about dung scripts, it's extremely hard to create and maintain one and I don't see it happening anytime at all in the near future, and it would probably take a large active team to keep it working well anyways.
