This function

IncEx();

What does it do?
Is there supposed to be something in the brackets?
If so what and in what order?
Example of possible places to use this
Is there a different version of it?
If so what?

IncEx(variable, IncrementValue);

The function would increase the value of "variable" by the value held within "IncrementValue".

So..

i:=3;
IncEx(i, 2);
'i' would now equal 5.

The other version is just plain Inc(); which increments the given parameter by 1.

Exactly what NCDS said. Myself, I find IncEx useful, when writing RS scripts, to use as fail safes and/or progress reports.
