Shame for legit players, but it was an insane money making method with no real requirements for bots. They should have just changed some mechanics to be honest.

Problem is, they never designed it to make this much money, when you ghot 26,666 cactus seeds it was only supposed to be worth an avg of 26,666. Instead of totally removing the item from the minigame they changed it so you get 918(ish) cactus seeds which are worth around 26k gp. (The way they designed it to be)

On my computer, I run 1 simba account of 512mb of RAM with 40GB HD (My bare minimum testing computer for scripts)… times that by at least 40 and thats the bare minimum you could
that's 20480mb of RAM on a 160GB HD.
I don't know if this is an ideal equation, but that would be about right. The only computers on the market that you can get that are iMacs on highest specs (something like $11000?)… or overclocking your board- which would probably malfunction.
Somewhere around the 80 accounts having membership, 50b GP, and 1/2 highscores page I smell a little BS… am I wrong?
PS 80 x 5 = $400 spent on memberships at the very least.

Macs are slow computers. No one would use a mac for that. Also no doubt that it is possible. I just don't see any proof this guy really did that.

I'm aware but you can't buy a mac with hardware you chose. Unless I'm wrong, you can't upgrade your mac with a new faster CPU. Also you pay triple for anything you buy. If your budget is x and you need to get the maximum speed, it is not advisable to go for mac.

It's not really triple. More like double. And you're paying for the close integration of the software and hardware. You're not going to get that anywhere else.

I agree with smurg. To me they are overpriced. If your saying macs are more reliable then your wrong. .. and its too restrictive, you cant upgrade anything.

but then again iam a computer enthusiast; overclocking, water cooling, $700 graphics cards in sli :) lets see you do that with a mac..
