i've currently got 200k points, if i waited a week i coulda had 400k in the same time :p

At 250k points and 97 rc. I was gonna push for 99 by the weekend, but looks like I might as well wait to do it this weekend! Thanks for the post!

people that will be botting in runespan apreciate this update lol

that's good..for all those people who do runespan legit..in the other hand people who bot (98%), can easily get the points they need.

I guess it's worth checking out. Too bad that pouch disappears or I'd be more interested in points.

Eh I do not think this will be good for bots. This means A LOT more people will be doing runespan, therefore more people draining. But then they respawn pretty quick anyway…..

Its as "useless" as a double dung exp/token event too

they're on timers, it makes no difference whether 1 or 1000 people are siphoning…

got already 63 rc on my skiller <3 hope to get 70 soon.

they are not on timer, from rs wikia (and personal experience):

Any number of players can siphon runes from one creature at the same time, but if one of the players siphons a total of 10 runes without pause, the creature will be destroyed.

this means that if there is a lot high lvl rcers siphoning a creature, its going to be drained pretty fast, though it still shdnt affect rc xp too much.

well in the case of nodes, its actually quite the opposite of what ppl may think:

Nodes will expire faster when fewer players are siphoning runic energy from them, so it is in the best interests of all players to have many people focus on the same node in order to prolong its lifespan.

so double point=more ppl=good for everyone :f:

what i want is a double xp weekend in dung and tokens, i dont care about runespan, and people only do it cause its easy to bot it lol

Yeah i got more important shit than to train runecrafting lol..

I made 50k points this weekend with Rc 56 to 72 now ^^
But the stuff seems pretty useless…

1 - 77 Rc and 75K+ points (and still counting) in a single weekend. No wonder the legit "earned it the hard way" are whining.

Runecrafting is essentially the easiest skill in the game now.

I know that it still isn't the fastest or the most AFKable, but you can enter the Runespan at level 1 and not leave until you are 99.
