I'm interested in getting full void but I'm having trouble finding winning intermediate matches. The easy boat seems like slow tokens, but I don't know much about it.

I'm hoping there is some sort of clan chat to find winning worlds or any other tips I'd be glad to hear em.

I usually just go to the official pc worlds and look for people calling out clan worlds. I'm level 134, though, so I don't really know how well that will work for intermediate matches.

Also, it's worth noting that one of the rewards for the Void Stares Back quest is an elite void top.
