Reflection bots back

Autofighter.org has made a statement that they are working on legal paid bots. Even though they were a reseller of iBot it seems they may be legit.

There are already a good handful of reflection/injection bots that have been back, supposedly Optimus should finish them off, but who knows?!

And yeah hmm as far as I knew AutoFighter.org was just a reseller, wonder if they made their own, or are just planning to make scripts for the other bots out there?

They still link to jagex owned impsoft dot info for bot client download. Where you see it is Reflection bot ?

I only assumed it would be. Either way, it would be the first legally sold bots since the original bot nuke. Besides epicbot, but it isn't that great of a bot anyway.

I want idungpro back! Nothing else I need in java bots.

Seems a tad strange, if they were just a reseller why would they have not made their own bots pre nuke?

iBot was fine for them. As no iBot anymore they have to move on…

Optimus isn't going to be able to finish off ANY bot. Also, autofighter.org isn't going to be legal. It just isn't possible.

Well most of you boyos don't remember but autofighter.org was originally for visual basic autofighter which they sold. They very well could be working for something new or have someone else doing a new bot for them.

I remember that old basic autofighter, it grabbed the color when you dragged the crosshead over for example: the chicken's and attacked all night! Ah, the good old days (:

Actually before jagex took control of ibot there was a post on rscheata's fourm of a game loader or w/e that could support reflection…

Okay..so..your only source is a statement…yet..I see no quotes? What I'm trying to say is…anyone can claim things, it takes facts to back it up.

I'm sorry your majesty, I just thought that anyone with a mind would be able to do their own research considering I provided the websites name. Simple minds be trippin'.

Kids, reflection is not possible. Injection is what you're thinking of.

The fact of the matter is Jagex will never fully be able to avoid the bots as it is virtually impossible because technology is changed and improved everyday. It will be a race to who can get ahead. If Jagex is ahead and stays ahead with updated software bots will be behind, and vice versa.

Hope to see them go down the drain again… They ruin the game… We do it as a hobby and not a business, also don't advertise as much as they do.

Very interesting. I guess we'll all have to wait a while until it pans out though.

That was posted in April. No news now. Just a basic publicity stunt to hope their old members keep visiting.

autofighter.org used to be a site with lots of viruses/malware I remember the days long ago in the past when they had a "stats changer"…

I remember the Hex editors, type regedit when it's logging in and what not. Oh that was a long time ago…

On a random note anyone know what happened to KYAB (kick your ass bot) with Solarwind??
That used reflection from what I remember…

SMART's reflection was stemmed from the ideals behind that. But when Solar went off his rocker, so did KYAB.

That was a long time ago. :P

solarwind was a smart guy, but BenLand wrote the base to that bot, and when it broke he really didn't have any idea how to fix it. We still keep in touch from time to time.

Bob, there's another name I remember. So good to see that the community hasn't lost many good members.

I seem to remember you being at rscheata? rscb or something… but after that I phased out for a couple of years.

But to answer the original question. There have been reflection bots in the past :)

Hello, I'm a Moderator at AutoFighter. And yet the type of bot has not been released to us, there is a deal being worked out which we are getting another bot. I do not think its reflection. And I remember good ol Kbot too lol. What ever happened to that community?

I haven't been around for a couple of years either haha. I wasn't ever at rscheata though. I was mostly just active here.

It's the bot that made us feel warm and fuzzy inside. (though, let's just hope there's not too much fuzz.)

Simba is used for business too, its getting to easy to get a simba bot running 24/7.

maybe speaking out of context but reflection is using a system similar to colour and injection is when its java based and its using a modified client to get item numbers to make it easier for the bot?

I'm probably wrong on this though..

Yep, you are wrong. Both reflection and injection are java based. Reflection is loading the client and reading values of variables from it. Injection is actually modifying the client and inserting getters into the classes to get the variables.
