Problem with Public SMART v6.9

Guys hello.
Whenever I try to run bot. I've got problem with this: in cmd it will write mess: It has been 3 minutes and RuneScape is not yet ready… Terminating.
It still showing checking for updates like: 78% (9) etc…. What to do please?

Try moving your Smart Refresh Rate (the bar on the right side of the SMART client that slides up & down) up up up!?
