SRL Archive - RS3 Outdated / Broken Scripts

You fletch maple longbow (u)'s. You will make a minimum of 110k gp/hour [at the time of posting, maple logs are 24 gp each, maple longbow (u) = 91 gp, and you will fletch a minimum or 1,600 logs per hour]. It's pure realistic profit, and the bows will usually sell almost instantly at medium price on GE. Willow longbow (u)'s may also work, however the exp is less and I believe there is less of a profit margin.

How to use:
1) Start at SW bank.
2) Maple logs in first bank slot - have several thousand at the minimum; you will use ~1.7k logs per hour!
3) Fill in script info (all you should need to touch is your login user/pass/pin).
4) Hit run and watch the money and exp roll in! You won't ever get randoms in SW, so you can get 200m exp and tons of profit while being AFK for days!
5) (optional, but highly suggested) Set up CRASHSMART on this script (all the script-side stuff is already done; all you need to do is drag over the plugin and set up the .bat script). Why use CRASHSMART and not SMARTManager? It's nothing personal at all, I just designed this script to force Simba to restart from within the script, when it detects you're logged out.

i Have 99 fletching, However I'm using this :) Will run over night and post report :D

I use the same method for my scripts (I use my own restarter) Whenever the script is logged out it will restart = 200 hours + Proggies :P

I'm using this mainly for the fletching xp, but the profit is a nice bonus.
So far I've averaged around 1.5-1.6k logs (~90k xp) per hour.

Compared to other fletching scripts (which were also good) this is slightly quicker/more stable.

I'm pretty sure 15 seconds is an exaggeration,
but the spinning is an antiban measure

It is roughly 15 seconds and my computer can't be that bad that It can't run Runescape properly to run this script.

There is no camera spinning antiban in this (camera moving antiban sucks, I use other antiban methods). So either your graphics settings are incorrect or your PC is garbage.

Ah, was using s1n's fletching script right before this which implemented spinning. Mixed them up then.

Turn FPS slider up to the highest part then should help, if your settings are correct.

Well here is the problem

Open C:\Simba\Includes\SRL\SRL\core\flag.simba

change line 38 to:
FindColorsSpiralTolerance(T.x, T.y, TPA, 65536, x1, y1, x2, y2, 0);

That is the temporary fix until SRL updates.

It really doesn't take much Just a couple hundred K gp will run you for an entire night. And I can guarantee maple long (u)'s won't crash! The only thing that could possibly go up a lot in price would be the maple logs, but I have a solution rigged up should that ever happen.

I'd just like to thank you for the script Harry, awesome xp and very stable! It's always good to have a bit of money on the side too.
And i know your solution for if maple logs ever rise, and i think it's amazing that you'd sacrifice your own money (rsgp) to keep the script running :)

EDIT: The new update gives an option to "add to bonfire" next to the knife option, the script can't get past this. I'll see if i can fix it quickly but i'm going to bed soon :P

I'm gonna see how the market evens out on logs for the next few days. I have over a million maple logs in my bank so I'm in no hurry :p But you know the price of the (u)s are going to go up too, so it's no big concern.

i hope not… i had to restock and bought 500k maples for 45 ea… its the going rate for sellers. theyre 38 in ge already.

Then follow the directions correctly. Still works fine for me.

bow prices are expected to drop, i'm unsure of how much but due to the mobilising armies nerf (which used massive amounts of bows), I'm expecting around 85-90gp, which shouldn't be too much of a difference.

This I am actually considering. But I am just too lazy to do it.

currently at 55 hour proggys on 3 of my 5 accounts. the other two are at 37 hours each. thanks for the stable script and hopefully logs go down :D

I always miss the proggies because of SMARTmanager, but believe me when i say this: this script has NEVER stopped (apart from SMARTmanager of course). Gets me a flawless 93k xp per hour and has done for over 120k maple logs. I'm currently level 98 nearly 99. Amazing script thanks :)

Personally I would go with 24/7 and it's perfect for overnight runs. There's no need for babysitting.

Edit: Dammit, I thought last night my brother closed SIMBA, cause I woke to find it closed. Had a 6 hour progress report so decided to let it run this morning got another 6 hours and as I was about to get the progress report SIMBA closed itself! Sorry Harry! Is this something new or..?

Properly setup your Java. Uninstall Java7, reboot, get Java 6u32, then reboot again.

Installed Java 6u32 but it didn't resolve the issue…

Try loading RS on your browser first before loading smart.

Install Java properly. Uninstall Java 7, reboot, then install Java 6u32, then reboot.

How does this work? I havent botted or played RS in like 4 years. Im starting up simba with this script and pressing start, but no window with RS is opening up, i did everything the tutorial video on this website said.

Sorry to annoy you but you have any clue what it could be for me? If it helps anything RuneScape doesn't launch at all in the Web browser, dont know if that could be a related problem

the profit margin is closing quickly. maple logs are rising every day and already cost double what they did like a couple weeks ago. And maple longs are going down. profit margin is closing fast :/

sell maple longs at mid/max people. and dont buy logs at max

Probably because there are over 25 commits per minute. Based on that, rough calculation would say there is over 125 clients running this at a time, as stats commit every 5 minutes. And maple logs goes up more due to bonfires and stuff.

Though the method is far from crashed. It's not 110k/hr anymore, but you still make quite a considerable profit.

If you want to help crash the maple logs, go make a maple cutter+banker. :D

I got 99 Fletching with this script a while back. I just wanted to say thanks for making it and basically getting me 99. :)

Epic script, has run over 24 hours at multiple occasions with crashsmart. The only thing that made it stop is my internet connection so I can say that the sscript is flawless. Has gotten me 95 fetching so far in five days and am looking to get 99 in less than another 4 days.

The price rose to 52 per maple log :D

Remove Following lines:

{$DEFINE SRL5}
{$I SRL/SRL/misc/SMART.simba}

And remove all the smart stuff that doesn't compile, should work normally.

Also make sure you have SMART(8) defined.

Try dragging the slider on the right hand side of the client all the way to the top

tried this script for fun, and it worked great for me, sorry i dont have a proggy i only ran it for about 15 minutes

I slid it to the top, and as soon as it hit the top runescape appeared for a second, then went black again.

have you tried any other scripts? it might be in how you installed simba, check out the guides on how to get simba to run properly

I've done a few scripts through MSI but none from here, I could try and see if others work, hope it works ;)

Ok you guys were right, I think it's my Simba that's the problem. It does the same thing with every script or MSI. Anyone have an idea what I can do to fix this? I tried uninstalling Simba and deleting it from (C:) but when I reinstall it, same results :mad:

(Not too sure that MSI Scripts work?)

I read through the tutorial a few times, uninstalled/reinstalled simba a few times, and still the same annoying problem. The only script that seems to get Simba to load properly is the generic one the tutorial says to copy/paste to make sure simba's working. any other script makes Smart open for a couple seconds, go black, and execute itself after 3 seconds. Therefore I don't think it's this script, it could be my smart, which is version 7.2
