I tried boot camp with a windows 7 iso that is on a DVD-R. It now says that there is a missing operating system. The DVD got stuck, I tried to get it out with a paper clip but now it has internal damage. And no keys work so it only turns off or on. No bottingfor a while

Sorry to hear that, although you shouldn't have tried to stick a paper clip in your CD drive.
Hope you can get it fixed soon! Call your local Apple store.

I dont understand how it messed your HD up? When you were booting were you holding the option key down?
+ Just for future reference just reboot the computer and hit the eject key and it will get any stuck cd out.

What do you mean it only turns off or on?
I don't know much about Macs, but it might be trying to boot to the DVD instead of your OS. There should be some kind of boot menu that you can access while it is starting up.
