need help

i have already checked in the srl download help thingy but nothing happens after i do what they say to do. but everytime i try to run the bot it comes up with this.

A new update of Simba is available!
Current version is 980. Latest version is 984

So go update. If you searched that error message you would have known that fixes the problem. Tools->Update.
