Well I've a F2P account which I would like to train rc without being p2p, now that runespan has been released I was thinking if Runespan is a good choise to train Rc in F2P and How muhc xp per hour I would do?
I heard I would do about 30k/h but I think it's quite much, so is it true ?

I get like 40-50k exp per hour with my settings ;)

Which island? I have got 50 on my bot squad today, but I am looking at 65 in case I go membs later. Is it Kyle's script you're using?

Yes, I would like to know that too, since I'm going for 80 rc from 65. I'd like to know your settings and the script you're using. I'll go for 80 rc after I finish my mage/smith goal (85/80). Atm it's 77/74…
I'm on the island SW of the main on on floor 2 getting over 50k an hour as F2P, with everything set to siphon. All good.
if you find an island with tons of nodes, just camp it until your out of essence then refill at the floaties (for the bottom floor)
for the middle floor right when you get up the ladder, leech some ess off of the body hounds (like 100 each?) and then the fire storms spawn there. I got like 55k/ hr there
