Greetings!

It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell your personal RuneScape account(s).
As you may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement.
If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled.
It will be ongoing for further investigation by JAGEX's employees.
If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify your account ownership.
You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account to this secure website with:.

dont click it! and certainly dont put in your password and username. Jagex never emails you, if you got this you message for real then it would be in your message center not your email. my advice is if youve already clicked it, hold off logging in and run avg or likewise software to make sure you dont have any loggers or anything. :D

Ahh well that's a legit Runescape link. Not sure why they would even ask for your Pin though..

Jagex will NEVER email you regarding the status of your account…
This can be read on their runescape website, which means all those emails you get that say "you have been banned "you have been promoted to Mod status" "you are selling your account" or so on and so on, are all FAKE websites designed to steal your user information.

Not if he copy and pasted it as plaintext (which he did), but it was hyperlinked differently in the email ;)
