Should be

case 'skiller' of
'True':
  begin
    Code here
  end;

'False':
  begin
    Code here
  end;
end;

You do realise that what you are trying to test for will always result in false (unless you have 'skiller' in the list of things you test for), right?

What you are essentially doing is:

  if('skiller' = 'True') then
    ...
  if('skiller' = 'False') then
    ...

Right?
