But even at PA (which normally has lowest prices) very few (1) person is selling at .5ea for 400M.

I'm in no rush. 0.5 is a normal wholesale price on 'communities' such as pb. :)

Im fairly cheap but lowest I go is .57 =/, good luck getting seller though

I have no problem with WU as long as you cover their insane fee of 8-12% :)

Usually less than 5% I think but I'm too lazy to sell anyway. Maybe another time.
