Is there any way to use smart with other applications? I want to run puzzle pirates in smart and I was wondering if anyone could set me on the right path to doing that. Thanks :)

SMART is scripted/made for RuneScape and I doubt you can run other games in smart. Puzzle Pirates sounds like a flash game, and SMART is for RuneScape which is Java based.

Look into APPA, niels wrote it but I'm not sure if it's working right or not.

Smart can only load java files and is made to be used only with runescape. It is not possible with minor modifications to load another game or application. I suggest looking for APPA, this was a project similar to SMART but is basically a small web browser with functions similar to SMART(Well, smart is more advanced but I doubt you will notice that).
