what the hell do i do now?

Nothing you can do really except try and make the money back – i lost 130m a few days ago with a measly 1gp left in my pouch. Did they try and change your password or did they just take the cash?

no pin was not that….
i didn't lose the account only valuable items and money was taken… realizing now its more like 600m

Thats odd, exact same thing happened to us in a short space of time and i saw another person say the same thing happened to them yesterday on the forums :S

I'd made alot through fletching and fishing…..
No idk about the IP… im screwed like idk what to do.. that was 8 years of playing..

I use malwarebytes pro which is supposedly good.

The fact that they were able to acquire your password either means, you have downloaded a FUD RAT onto your comp or a script is feeding your rs info to some other outside source.

Solution:
1. Uninstall all instances of Simba from your comp, you might wanna use the uninstaller that comes with ASC (Advanced System Care).
2. Install MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials), and run a scan
3. Install any available updates onto your comp.
4. Install IObit Malware scanner
5. Restart your comp in safe mode and run MSE scan
6. Restart again this time in normal mode
7. After all this, download SMART manager and use that from now on to enter your pass for autoing
8. Say gf to any previous experience you might have had with RS cause you are about to start all over :s

OH! Don't gamble…

If you were using Simba scripts, it might of took a screenshop of the ip. Check the folder?
Spyhunter is good, but it doesn't remove just detects.
Edit: If they had your pin it must be a RAT, unless you entered it on another site like, epicbot, rarebot etc. I may be wrong on this.

I doubt that, have you used PB or the others? If you have, well there's your problem.

Same I got hacked before 2 days ago lost all my chaotics and he had my bank pin too. Did an ip check and the dude was from Finland. I dont care about the money but why the chaotics :/?

I never used anything apart from Rsbuddy but stopped after nuke - password has been changed since then.

I'm not saying I got hacked because of Simba. I just wanted to vent my rage

I'm sorry to hear about this lost. The best way to keep you cash pile safe is by spending it on skills. Which reminds me that I dont have enough to get 99 crafting. Soz again.

Becareful about clicking links, whether it's on here, your inbox, email, or anywhere on else.
It's smart to change your pass ever few months or so
About the money, transfer the money to a mule account or a low level, transfer in items or the gp itself just to be safe

There isn't a IP log. It only shows the IP of the last user logged in, and if you already logged in to the game then unfortunately it will show yours instead of the hacker's.

Look we're not retards we don't click dodgy email links. I didn't download anything dodgy and i've scanned my computer many times and it hasn't found anything anyway. I'm just saying its odd that quite a few people here have been hacked in a similar way in a short amount of time. What was annoying is not only was my money taken but literally every single tradeable item in my account was gone.

I was talking about RuneScape itself, not Simba logs. However I didn't know scripts kept track of that information either since I don't bot.

What are you saying? Simba is malicious, or the scripts you used?

If you botted with simba, then do what the other guys said, check your IP logs and see if there's something strange. If you did get some suspicious IP and you think it's someone on villavu who did this, post the IP here and PM any mod for a trace.

Yeah it sucks for you, but at least you might be able to do justice if that guy is lurking among us.

If you botted with other bots however, then I don't know… ;)

If your account was hacked, then its your fault. Next time be more cautious. Scan your comp for virus's.

You downloaded the fake Simba on YouTube, didn't you? :D Some Finn keeps reuploading my vid for the past few months, along with one he made himself. Attached a virused Simba.

man that sucks.. did you click a bad link? or perhaps sharing accont info? a "friend" might have even looked over your shoulder. pretty shitty man sorry for your loss. 550m is a big cash stack.
