if they were worried in fixing the lag that would surprise me, when a browser game runs slower than COD in max sets, that alone says it all

I'm sure Flight is going to make one, and on low detail this should be a sinch! It's not so much the difficulty as it is moving NPC's with essence in them. I think it won't be too hard

Why? Its focus is on exp, not gp gain. No reason for him to put into Members.

Yeah that decision depends on a lot. Apparently there's no profit from doing the event, so I'm guessing such a script wouldn't hurt to be made public. But regardless, it may prove to be very, very difficult to do in color, so I'm not making any promises. We'll just have to wait and see.

I think I get it now… the update isn't actually coming out, its just a glimpse of it. A tear in the fabric of time?
EDIT: it gets reported once every hour by every mage in runescape, Jagex will ban it for sure :)

I'm sure it is coming out – how would they implement a teaser of it into the game? And for what purpose, it was in the April update so it has to come out now really.
