This script would buy dwarven stouts at shop right next to the Falador east bank, they are bought for 3gp each at the shop and are sold at the G.E. for 233 gp. I tested it out manually with a full inventory and got 6,440 gp so there is some demand for them.

Yeah there was a script like this out before.
It varies on the GE and can make anywhere from 70k/hr - 200k/hr based on prices (sometimes Mind Bombs or Dwarven Stouts spike REALLY high on the GE!). It's a quick way to make a few easy gp on new accounts, and pretty decent/stable profit for F2P.
Problem is, is that if one was to be released to public, all prices would crash like crazy. When the reflection one was out for public everything crashed and became useless :/.

This doesn't seem like it would be to difficult to script especially considering the bank and where you are walking to is right next to the bank.

Meh I'd hardly consider it gold farming, but it kind of is.
P2P have many more ways to make much more gp/hr than this can, you would need A LOT of these running to make any decent gp/$ at a decent rate.
But yeah, one being released for public would ruin the small profit it makes for all.
I actually have a working one already done on my desktop :D, was going to release it to members+ only might do that in a few weeks.

Pretty good idea since they'll sell at mid and will only use it if they need the money and not for personal/business needs.

I actually have one, it works with keyboard inputs mainly. İt banks and clicks the waiter, everything else is keyboard.

Your not doing anybody a favor by doing this. You might want to contribute to this community sometime or other, but by keeping a simple script private, it doesn't show so well on you.
