I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 with iOS 4.3.3
On it I have legitly bought, installous, and Cydia apps/tweaks.
I want to backup all of my apps, Cydia apps, and even things like my SBsettings, and other Cydia tweaks and their settings.
Then I want to restore(is that the proper lingo?) my iPhone so it's wiped clean but keep the same iOS (or any iOS under 5). Then I want to restore all of my stuff.
How do!?
Side Quesion: think I should upgrade to 5.0, zit rly dat coo?
(I'll look into it later all I remember is the notification center)

I'm not sure if this is at all right, but it might help. You could try syncing your it into your computer, then somehow save the files somewhere. Then you could restore it, using the button somewhere on iTunes. Then once that's done, just put all the files back on. As for upgrading, aslong as your phone can support it, why not :)

That wont work and I don't want to backup with iTunes it's super retarded.
iTunes also will only back up my non-jailbroken and legally obtained apps.

If I remember correctly, there are plenty of Cydia apps that you can backup Cydia related things with. You then move the restore file to your computer. Everything else should be backup-able with iTunes. You'll need to re-jailbreak and redownload the backup app on Cydia. Then put the backup file back in your device and use the app to restore it all. I think that's how one worked when I did it anyways. Some might use cloud storage now for convenience, but I think those cost a couple bucks.

There's a backup app in Cydia, iirc. It backs up everything, and all your settings, and I believe you can transfer it to the computer, but I'm not sure.
I jailbroke every iOS until 5, and I have fallen in love with the stock iOS. Haven't thought about jailbreaking it since.

I downloaded free software that lets you copy stuff off your iPod (apple stuff)… I'll look around on my computer for it… but theres plenty that you could just google

Or if you have SSH enabled on the phone, you can just "login" and pull the files off.

What do you mean by stock Kyle? What version?
Also care to find/tell name of the app?

I'm using the factory iOS 5, and haven't jailbroken it. It's fantastic. I forgot the name of the application though :/

Haha, what's that suppose to mean? I honestly don't have that many apps on my phone. I only jailbroke pre iOS 5 because of multi-threading and background image. SSH killed my battery life, and it generally messed my phone up a lot too.
The jailbreaks have gotten better, from what I can tell.
