Nightshade Collector

-NOT YET RELEASED-

Requirements:
-82 Herblore is needed to make it's potion, else collecting it would be in vain
-Skavid map (Acquired from halfway the quest 'The WatchTower')
-Candle/Candle lantern/Light source
-Ring of Dueling (8) - One ring of dueling can get you about 208 nightshades

Setup:
-Don't wear any cape, or script will not be able to look for nightshades.
-Have a candle/light source and the skavid map in inventory.


Use:
Cave Nightshade are untradeable but are used to make a potion which can result about 375k Herblore xp per hour along with 4m GP per hour
Collecting these is a head ache since they take time to respawn, this bot picks them up and bank'em.

Picking up & Banking (Flawless)
Walking To Cave (Almost done)
Alching support
Prayer Support (Picking up bones nearby and burying them)

Keep it private, bots like these having to compete with others using the same bot cause them to become nearly useless and profit/xp goes down for everyone. If people want this bot, it's quite simple to make, so let them do it.

Its for making super strong weapon poison which are 4215 GP each , but you also need the second ingredient which are coconuts and those cost 2300 GP + Poison berry 500 GP each so i think the max profit per hour would be 2M.

leggiting this would be more worth it than frost drags

Well not really 4m GP per hour. It'd be 4m GP per hour once you've all collected. Collecting'em would take time though :/

I believe it should reach 100 per hour.

With time spent collecting script is at about 180-250k gold an hour (Which is still amazing because herblore is soooo dang expensive)
Also when there was an public reflection script of this I always found a world empty (Because 82 herblore and quest is a high requirement)

Anyways it's your choice but I think making it public would benefit people trying to get herblore tremendously.

Apply for member with it. Don't release it to the public, the price would drop lots in under a week id say.

You shouldn't release so much information if you are still unsure whether or not you will release publicly. Just leave the 82 Herblore requirement. Otherwise you are giving out the method to others and this could easily scripted in a few minutes.

keep it private and or for srl members only. prices will drop and chances of getting them will increase.

i find it funny how everyone who is posting is saying its should be private, but still people are voting for public. realistically, this script isnt too hard to make, so the only people that would want this public would be the leechers. i think it would be best for yourself, and all the non-leechers here, to keep it private.

I would say around 90-96% of our community is leechers… some people don't have time and some people are lazy. If you release it, it would help people out and make a rep for yourself. This method required 82 herb and I believe a few quests. Pretty high if you ask me. I don't think it would be as crowded as you think and it would help people out if you released it. 99 herb here so I don't really care whether you do or not.

True I don't know how to script or really have the time to put in to it. I would love to use a script like this though and am willing to give a great tip that would increase nightshades each trip if I could use it.

It requires 82 herblore, which can be called a high requirement, but anyone can actually collect it if want to get herblore levels in future..

Is really good way but need high herb beside poision++ not always easy sold it out so dont worry and please make it public srcipt so ppl could try test it.

Yeah tbh the 82 herblore requirement would stop people from using this for gold farming. When this was on another site as injection i never ran into other people.

I cant see how you think these would make 4m per hours, net profit from one shade is 3,747 coins (as of today) and they have a respawn time ranging from 30-60 seconds depending on the server population. In a perfect world you would collect two Shades per minute and w/o banking time calculated you would make a maximum of 449,640 coins per hour.

I think he means after collecting the shades and making the potions and selling them is 4m/hr.

I hope you can release this for beta testers soon :)

Plus you didn't take into consideration the time to make the spec restore. Its only about 200k an hour but free herb xp :)

Thats exactly how I calculated, a NighShade itself is untradeable.

make it members or a limited public version

Will be releasing a limited version as public. The public version will just collect the nightshades if they spawn.

Private/member version will Bank-Walk-Collect i.e. 100%

Not releasing full cause it can be abused.

Hey! Good luck with the script. Just a simple word of advice though. You should use a teleport to lodestone function>yanille, then walk straight south (basically). Saves some time! :)

It takes 15 seconds for a single lodestone teleport. It can walk to cave from castle wars in that time.

so when are you releasing i need 96 herb :S
