They're just trying to lure in potential customers. If you take a look at all their recent updates & promotions they all end with something like "It's never been a better time to be a member!".

Basically, every moment of not being a member is a true loss. And once u become one, it's never wise to unsub since you will suffer heavily from resetting the loyalty bonus!

make sure you keep membership for may for those interested. but just another way for jagex to spam there money makin tactics.
i understand business is all about making money but seriously? why not make less spam for members who already pay for you s***? and like seriously how many diffrent gimmicks are they gonna come up with? and half the time they F*** up and dont wanna do thing about it, my brother as well as a friend from rs never got there barbed bow or whatever that thing was. and they wouldnt own up
