Just wondering if Randoms appear inside the Clan War's Bank or not?

I'm pretty sure they do. My nat bot used to get them there if I think.

I'm about 95% sure they do, I'm almost sure I've seen people get them before.

Apparently you can but only after wars? Don't understand that.

i've gotten randoms at CW bank chest. anytime you are earning exp you have the chance of being pulled into a random. if your sittin there making unf pots then dont expect a random.
the more exp you gain the more likely your gonna get pulled into a random.

By this, they mean that they cannot occur inside the wars, but after you gained EXP on the inside, when you come to the banking area you may be taken to a random event.
