phishing URL send to new member

Hello:

I received a message from tiagoandre10 in my private box that I believe refers to a phishing site.

Please be careful in case no one is aware of this.

Yea…it's probably the same person and he's been doing it for atleast the last couple weeks. He's been IP Banned, and I believe someone has tried to get in contact with his ISP.

Contacting the ISP won't do anything. Without a court order they will take no action. Which they shouldn't.

If you can prove that they are spamming or phishing ISP's pay attention. There are a few anti spam/phishing laws on the books in the USA, and if I remember right, this guy is in the USA.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say. The phisher isn't the one trying to get ISP's as far as I am aware; the admins are trying to get his ISP to contact them. Or at least, that's how I understood PatDuffy's post.
