Q. What is CISPA?

Q. Why did SOPA get so much attention?

A. SOPA got so much attention because it went against all the big internet companies. ie Twitter, Facebook, and Google.


Q. Why is CISPA not getting the same attention?

A. Because it is a Deal Between the Government and the big internet giants legally allowing them to share you information without letting you know about it.


Q. If you find out you info has been shared, What can you do about it?

A. Nothing if CISPA passes it will protect all internet companies allowing them to freely share your information without any penalties or ability for normal users to file a lawsuit against that company.


Q. If it passes Congress where the bill is now which Presidential Candidates would support it?

A. Mitt Romney, Newt Gringrich, and Barrack Obama would all support this bill.


Q. How do I know they would all support it?

so I'm just going to leave this here.

White House issues veto threat against CISPA

Edit: Granted it was just his advisors that made the threat…
but Barrack Obama isn't dumb either.

So far every time he has changed the horrible laws the way he wants. He has made them Worse….

CISPA was introduced by a Republican, and so was SOPA. PIPA was introduced by a Democrat. And Obama says he's going to veto it if it lands on his desk, because he's a smart guy.

As for NDAA, it was introduced by a Republican and a Democrat, making it a Bi-Partisan bill. However, there's one every year and it relates to defense spending. Including troops payment. Say Obama vetoes that bill? He stops payment on all the troops' paychecks even serving wartime. That's what makes that bill nigh unstoppable.

SOPA and CISPA, on the other hand, are standalone bills that have nothing that Obama needs to run the country with. Hence, a veto threat on these bills (as opposed to the NDAA) are quite likely to be taken seriously.

He hasn't made them worse, he's vetoed them all. And his hands are tied with the NDAA bill.

All of those act's are so ridiculous I mean what happened to freedom? America's beginning to become like China.

Things will start to get progressively worse soon in the near future as for Obama i can't see why anyone thinks hes a nice guy hes ripping the constitution to shreads and taking away our rights.
