Got a message today when i tried to log into smart, saying something like Gaming session has ended, please close this tab and reload runescape in 5 minutes. This is a new update, which means crashsmart wont work anymore, you have to wait 5 minutes, i wish i print screened this! Any more information is appreciated, especially screenies.

Looks weird. I tried to run two bots, and when one of them tried to hop (went lobby) I got black screen'd. Idk if its related to this.

Okay guys now that we know it isn't just me, can we get a printscreen so the Devs can get as much information as possible.
Is it really a massive deal? I'm sure we'll figure out how to delay reloading Simba by five minutes?
Maybe I can get one if the script will last 6hrs again… PS I was using Flights Fly Fisher and powerdropping. If I can I will post it

I don't know, I just want the most info i can get, there's something else with this update, i tried closing smart and then tryed making Simba open up another smart (after waiting for 5 mins) and it wouldn't work. Only worked after opening a new simba (im aware that simba only clears RS cache if you close simba itself, so if you close SMART the cache is still there = eats cpu, I just wanted to try it.)
And besides SMARTManager needs to be changed to combat this, plus Home CrashSMART procedure will also be broken.
I don't have this problem.
I reload scripts, SMARTS, and everything else.

Guys… When you run Smart Manager it opens up the script with a little bit at the top… change that OR add Wait(300000 + Random 100000)); into the main loop..
so
Begin
SMART_Server := 1;
SetupSRL;
ObjDTM_Setup
DeclarePlayers;
Wait(300000 + Random 100000));
LoginPlayer;
repeat
scriptloopetchere;
until(Not Loggedin)
End.
Or something :/ Don't panic

Everyone seems so edgy about this… It isn't really that big of a deal.
Funny thing is, bot can get around this quite easily. Especially simba, where if you just bot in browser by just remove smart from your script and then it won't bother botters anymore.
But for a human, they suffer this in full which means they'd be much happier if they just BOT :)

In hindsight, this might be jagex's way of pushing people to SRL :)

It'll be better if you spent, say, 6 hours at nex and got a drop just to get disconnected wait 5 minutes and lose the drop.

I got this the other day running TehSuperheat. Simply closing out of Simba and reloading did it for me.
Never used SMARTManager, but reading the description it sounds like it's already a fix for this.

I haven't had this problem, ran from 8pm till 11am and it was still going, so no apparent failures.
Doesn't smart have a option to keep trying anyway?

If you're getting this issue just set the failsafe to restart a little before the 6 hours.

Easy to get around as said by everyone above. If you restart just before 6hrs id say you'll be fine.

You get this if you log out for pausing or antiban, so the best alternative is to cancel the antiban

lolwat, comon don't comment if you don't know what you are talking about.
Happens every 6 hours. Break @ 5.5 hours, and log back in and you'll be good until 11.5 hours. Then use crashSMART/Manager and it will only need to reload like twice a day.
