Hi there. I made this script a while ago but now I decided to release it.

What does the script do?
It collects the black scimitars in Ardougne.

Why use this money making method?

• As far as I see, there is no script on villavu doing the same thing as this one does (correct me if I am wrong)
• You don't need any requirements for this, so everyone can use it.
• The gp/GameTime is very high, therefore the chances for random events are low.
• I never saw any other players doing the same thing. (Theoretical profit = Real profit, never crowded)

What are the profits with this method?
Well, this really depends on the prices of black scimitars. I had constantly 180k/h, but the price of the black scimitar is low at the moment.

Features of the script:

• Walking with many failsafes
• Intelligent obstacle solver (but very bot-like atm :( )
• Intelligent world hopper (won't join the same world twice in few mins)
• SMARTmanager compatible (ok, only two lines of code)

Remember:
Please don't post any code to the non-member section, as this script is made for SRL members+ only!
Please sell the black scimitars at higher than market price to get the prices up! (Remember, we control the prices of black scimitars :) )

Last question:
Release to public, yes or no?
I thought about that, but I think the price would go under 1k.

Don't release it to the public. Many merch clans use this item and you'd piss them off :p

I am pretty sure I piss a few people off by releasing at all. ;)

Actually if we could make a merch clan merch this, we can all get rich by pissing them off big time. When I first started RS back in Dec, I joined a merch cc which was merching a f2p item which can be collected effectively by botting instead of manually. I think I at least made 30m from my script, and it was like 200k/h f2p with the script, at that time is better than most other methods because of no reqs :D

Pretty neat script. I'd just suggest dumping your own worlds list into an array and using that- randomWorld's .ini is a bit outdated, missing some worlds.

Edit: object finding can be a bit weird at times. Why not click around the area of MSCX,Y (right after world hop, but not after returning from bank)? You'd be standing on the spawn point.

I also seemed to get what was an infinite loop in its object finding, due to this bug: http://i.imgur.com/oxYRa.png - it would keep right clicking, failing to find, then flipping mouse to right.

Thx for your suggestions, I will have a look at it.
This is actually just the concept, I just wanted to have something working as fast as possible. I know, it is scripted ugly but I am working on it. :)
I will definitely recode the part with the object finding, but I don't find any infinte loops.. Can you tell me where exactly?

I think I won't release it to the public, or at least not yet.

And it doesn't matter if it doesn't find all the worlds. The important thing is not to join the same world within 20 minutes or so.

I didn't look at the code either, but it was seemingly infinite as it did it for over a few minutes.

Sorta does, if other people are also running a similar script you're going to be more likely to hit into them :p But yep, good to keep it private in here, else it will be totally worthless.

You're right.

It seems like one or two guys are using this, because the scimitars are sometimes already picked up.
Here is a proggy, the price was around 5.5k per scimitar, the newer k/h is around 380-400k/h.


Here is what I got so far only using this script:

I am not member anymore, so I don't use this method atm.
It still works ok with a total of 3-4 people collection scimitars.
