The news is that a bot will be released on april 18 2012. this will be the first public bot that is Open-gl.

TriBot is an OGL client built by our dev TRiLeZ ;)

Just wondering, did TRiLeZ work on this alone? Also, was this a project that he wanted to experience or a developed as a rival of SIMBA??

I believe so, and I think it was originally going to be an include into Simba, but the way it's built, it's a stand alone client.

Interesting… how long ago was TRiLeZ here at SRL? I quit a while back, and I guess he was here dev'ing while I was inactive. Wasn't aware he was from SRL.

Wow this looks great. Injection is a sinking ship, openGL has great potential.

Would Jagex be able to detect the OGL interaction?

And yes I think that Jagex will be able to detect interaction with Opengl, if not they will find a method to do it :/

Its possible. They probably haven't yet since this is the first OGL bot they'll have to deal with.

Wow, bots are coming to life. Hope not with keyloggers.

I'm sure they will find a way to counteract it, I'm sure they haven't thought about it yet ?
I mean think about it, if they knew how to detect it already don't you think he would have accounts banned already and be worried about releasing it ?
It will definitely be interesting to see what happens when it's released.

I don't really know why but I'm still skeptical in using any bot other than Simba for the time being… There's a lot of corrupt people out there. :\

I'm with you Toxin. I will stick to Simba until other bots develop a lot more, and show me they can be trusted. Even then, I'll probably be here.

I promise you that it will be 100% safe, TRiLeZ wouldn't do that. I haven't seen any type of behavior from him that would warrant it.

Pretty nice bot, i have done only simple draw text hook in linux when opengl hook topic come up on forums.

Can't guarantee that though, honestly. I wish you could, but stuff happens.

I don't think anyone thought Gh0sT would do that to PB, but he got money hungry and did.

im not worried about keyloggers if it was dev'd by somebody from simba. cant wait to give it a go!

They could check if the OpenGL plugin has been tampered with or injected.

And for those questioning TRiLeZ integrity, I used TRiBot before the bot nuke and he is a very trustworthy individual who writes great code.

Well this will be a nice alternative to PB hopefully :D Still partial to simba until optimus v2 passes tho :o

I highly doubt that… As much as we'd all like to see multiple language integration, java seems to be the one to stand out far above any others when it comes to RuneScape botting.

For me the bot is an amazing idea. A really good job.

So.. its out but there are no scripts, they are all out dated. Each script in the sections and sub-threads show "Out-dated ….script name"….. so whats the point?

the api is still being built so there's a limit to what can be scripted. the api is also fairly new and needs to be learned to be able to script
